DT Rotary Dip Wheel
The rotary dip wheel is for when a product has to be brought into contact with water for a certain defined time. Suitable for potatoes, carrots, onions, beetroot & celeriac.
Products up to a maximum diameter of 200 mm.

The performance depends on the desired dwell time. With a dwell time of 5 to 1 minute, it is between 1,000 and 4,500 kg / h.
Description
The product is transported in 8 compartments. These compartments each hold a maximum of approximately 25 kg of product and together with 2 discs form a rotating drum. This drum hangs in a generously sized container with a capacity of approx. 1,400 litres. The dwell time of the product can be set between 5 and 1 minute using a variator gear motor.
Made of stainless steel, with a drain valve and 2 manhole openings for cleaning purposes.
