Description
The F2000 fruit cutting machine is constructed in 304 heavy gauge stainless steel. The machine is designed to wedge/slice 2 products per cycle.
To operate the machine, the product to be cut is placed on to the blade units. The directly driven cutting head cycle is started by placing both hands on the two individual operation switches (twin switches to comply with health and safety).
Cutting heads gently push the products through the blade sets on to a small conveyor belt (optional). The conveyor belt transports the slices or wedges to the side of the machine, where it can be collected manually or in containers.
