The NB Wet Bunker is for buffering potatoes after peeling.

The volume of the wet bunker is about 490 litres of water.

The infeed is lateral so it falls directly into the water.

The bunker has a spray pipe on the outfeed side for rinsing a product, the spray pipe also acts as a fresh water infeed.

Safety rack has been mounted on the bunker.

The buffering capacity is about 150 to 200 kg of product.
