PO-30 Pepper De-Coring Machine
Peppers are Cored using a vacuum. The top and bottom caps can be cut off, and the peppers cut into pieces. Output: up to 2,800 peppers per hour.

Description
The product table indexes round, the peppers are subjected to a maximum of 4 processes, depending on the build of the Pepper De-Corer. The first process is cutting off the stalk. The second process is De-Coring, the seeds & core are drilled and vacuumed out.. The third, subsequent processing (option) consists of cutting off the pepper caps. This function can be switched off. During the last, fourth processing (option) it is possible to divide or cut the peppers into different parts. This function can also be switched off.
